Dr. Denise Felsenstein, volunteer at Blue Bell Place and instructor of Watermark University’s Stress Management class, has been using a variety of techniques to teach the residents how to handle stressful situations. This week, each participant created a picture to identify how they are feeling. Each participant shared their completed picture and explained how it shows their Mandala – how stress impacts their mind, body, spirit, and emotions. They all chose various colored markers, shared their use of color, what they drew, and what the meanings were of their pictures for their Mandala.
